Discover freedom

Our purpose is to serve our two-wheel community, but our mission is to introduce as many people as possible to the freedom of cycling!

Open seven days a week, your local bike shop is always here when you need it most.  Whether that’s 9pm at night when you find the time to shop online, or a Sunday when you’ve got a puncture and forgotten one of your gloves on a winter ride!

Bike shops are notoriously intimidating places but we have worked tirelessly at developing a welcoming and down-to-earth atmosphere as soon as you step through the door.

Our expert team of highly-trained bike sales and mechanical repair staff are all active cyclists themselves with a realm of experience who provide reliable and accurate advice across all disciplines of cycling.

We offer a huge selection of bikes over multiple disciplines from kids balance bikes to long travel full suspension e-bikes. As the Isle of Man’s leading specialist e-bike retailer we have over 30 e-bikes on display at all times with the ability to try the bike before you buy.

Our bikeshop services also include demo bikes and a Retul Geometry Fit system, which allows us to ensure that you have the correct size bike and it is fitted perfectly.

We know investing in a bike means conducting thorough research before making a purchase.  That’s why our online shop exists, so you can do your research and shop at a convenient time for you.

Cycle 360 is home to world class brands, from: Specialized, Cube, Santa Cruz, Cannondale, BMC, Pinarello, Gas Gas and Husqvarna.

Other brands include popular Maurten nutrition, Rapha, Fox, Wahoo, Frog Bikes, Eovolt, Haibike, Roval, Kids Ride Shotgun, Abus and Oakley.

Shop in store seven days a week or online 24 hours a day.

Our expert team works hard at housing the best brands that cater for you and your adventures!

The Cycle-to-Work initiative in the Isle of Man exists as a way of encouraging more people to make use of a healthy and environmentally friendly mode of transport – the bike!

We’re here to help enforce and actively promote it as a smart lifestyle choice.

Together we can help improve the fitness and health of island residents and build on the ever-growing popularity of cycling in the Isle of Man.

How It Works
As an employee:

Essentially, your employer buys a bike of your choice from Cycle 360 to allow you to ride to work (and for pleasure!)

You purchase it from the employer by making monthly payments from your salary, which is an agreement between you and your employer that doesn’t exceed three tax years.

When the agreed purchase period comes to an end, you own the bike!

What can you purchase on the Cycle-To-Work scheme?
Any bike and/or bike safety equipment (helmet, lights, mirror, high visibility clothing etc.) up to any value.

Non-electric bikes

Suppose the net cost to your employer (bike plus equipment less any contribution to initial cost made by you) is less than £1,200. In that case, that’s it – there’s no benefit in kind charge to be potentially added to your ITIP salary payments.

If the net cost to your employer is higher than £1,200, the excess is a “benefit in kind” and will be added to your income to calculate ITIP payments – still a great result!

Electric bikes

For electric bikes, the cycle-to-work scheme is even more generous!

If the net cost to your employer (bike plus equipment less any contribution to initial cost made by you) is less than £1,800*, then there is no benefit in kind.

If the net cost to your employer is higher than £1,800*, the excess will be added to your income to calculate ITIP payments.

*the £1,800 allowance is reduced if you have received other benefit in kinds from your employer, such as gym membership.

Purchasing your bike

In four simple steps with Cycle 360

  • 1

Obtain a quote from Cycle 360 (inclusive of vat)

  • 2

Gain approval of the quote from your employer and be provided with a purchase order addressed to Cycle 360

  • 3

Cycle 360 invoices your employer who pays for the bike

  • 4

Collect your bike and/or cycle safety equipment from the Cycle 360 bikeshop

Why get involved
As an employer:

It’s easy to administer, and it’s free!

At Cycle 360, we break down the process, making the Cycle-To-Work scheme hassle-free! And with no set-up fees, it’s a win-win for you and your employees. Healthier, happier employees are more productive – fact. It’s good for business and for the environment.

Offering a cycle-to-work scheme demonstrates that your organisation is actively reducing its impact on the environment. With more employees riding to work, you’ll place less demand on car parking spaces and our local transport infrastructure.

A link to the IOM Government’s practice note with clear worked examples of the Cycle-To-Work Scheme in operation is available online via the government website.
