With the Enduro race season rammed with races this year, our 6-week programme is ideal for individuals taking on any enduro or downhill race.
Incorporating three sessions a week individual to you for on the bike with an optional fourth session to try if you’re feeling up to it!
Your coach will also provide you with the sport science principles specific to the demands of enduro racing plus one strength training session a week to compliment your work on the bike.
All support is done virtually, but a 1:1 consultation is optional in person to start the programme. Throughout the six-week programme, you will have direct support from your coach through Today’s Plan platform.
