Isle of Man Women’s Cycling Q&A Evening at Cycle 360

Join us at Cycle 360 on Wednesday 12th October as we talk all things women’s cycling!

This FREE event is for all women who love to ride, and those who may be interested in starting out.

Not only is this an event, but also a social gathering aiming to get women together to discuss how we can encourage more women to ride and race on the Isle of Man. And also how Cycle 360, local bike clubs and local athletes can help facilitate this in a collaborative way, so that it isn’t onerous.

This Q&A evening will be lead by local women’s cycling advocate, Sacha Horsthuis, who will host an interactive Q&A with a panel of female cyclists from different disciplines of cycling, including triathlon and road cycling.

PLUS, the inspirational Marie Morgan, a former Olympian and Tour de France stage winner, will share her inspiring story on how cycling along the Manx railway lines was the first stepping stone to her cycling success in her late 20s, 30s and 40s.

Drinks, coffee and nibbles will also be available to purchase from the Cycle 360 cafe too, so you won’t go hungry!

TIMINGS:

  • Arrive from 17:30 to grab a seat, a coffee and a nibble
  • Stage set for a 18:00 start
  • Wrap up by 19:30
