Cafe Assistant and Barista – Full Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious Cafe Assistant and Barista to join Team 360 on a permanent, full-time basis.

About Cycle 360 

As Cafe Assistant & Barista, you will have experience working within a hospitality environment and most importantly, love working in a customer-service role.  We are looking for someone that thrives in a busy and demanding environment and can contribute to ensuring Cycle 360 is a vibrant and enjoyable working environment for everyone.

As Cafe Assistant & Barista, you will be expected to deliver efficient service on the floor, as well as shift rotate on to the coffee machine from time to time.  Therefore, it is preferred if you have barista experience, however we do offer full Cycle 360 barista training as part of the onboarding process with our dedicated programme for new cafe team members.

As part of the overall cafe front of house team, you will work alongside fellow cafe assistants, other baristas, cafe supervisors and cafe management, as well as the kitchen team, in ensuring service runs smoothly and effectively for all Cycle 360 cafe customers.

We are looking for a reliable, organised and hard-working individual to work full-time hours Monday – Sunday with two days off during the week, plus additional ad hoc evening functions for the growing events side of the business (always with notice).
