Cafe Assistant Part Time

We are always on the look out for enthusiastic and conscientious Cafe Assistants to join Team 360 on flexible working hours. Right now, we’re recruiting for weekend warriors to help our front of house team, with some of our colleagues leaving us to begin their University education.

About Cycle 360

As Cafe Assistant, you don’t necessarily need experience working within a hospitality environment but it is absolutely essential you have a good attitude, you’re a quick learner, can be relied on and most importantly, love working in a customer-service role and within a team.

You will be someone that thrives in a busy and demanding environment and can contribute to ensuring Cycle 360 is a vibrant and enjoyable working environment for everyone.

As Cafe Assistant, you will be expected to deliver efficient service on the floor and have excellent communication skills.

As part of the overall cafe front of house team, you will work alongside fellow cafe assistants, other baristas, cafe supervisors and cafe management, as well as the kitchen team, in ensuring service runs smoothly and effectively for all Cycle 360 cafe customers.
