Cycle 360 is hosting a FREE masterclass on Mindset and Nutrition with Phil Quirk and Martin Malone on Wednesday 3rd May from 19:00.
Guests at the educational evening will feel empowered for the upcoming Lighthouses Challenge set to take place on the first weekend in July by learning all about ‘Proven Habits to Improve Your Mindset’ with Phil Quirk, and the ‘Fundamentals of Good Nutrition’ with Martin Malone.
The Cycle 360 cafe will be open for hot drinks, cold beverages and snacks throughout the evening of the event.

About Phil Quirk
Phil is an internationally acclaimed Human Performance specialist who has worked with multiple Olympic & World champions. During his career, Phil has personally coached Ed Clancy (3 x Olympic Champion), Liam Broady, Charlie Paton (Polar Explorer), and UK & US Special Forces, as well as being the Human Performance coach for JLT Condor Pro Cycling.
He is a respected presenter who has delivered keynote talks across the world on the subject of Human Performance. Recently Phil led the Expedition Limitless Arctic trek to raise money for Isle Listen and to demonstrate resilience in action. Phil is also the founder of Omnia Mind which is a Human Performance specialist company based in London & the Isle of Man.
About Martin Malone
Martin holds a Diploma in Sports Nutrition and a National Certificate in Exercise and Fitness through Limerick University. Martin has competed at a high-level in numerous sports including Triathlon, International Orienteering, Shooting, Professional Kickboxing and has represented the Isle of Man on numerous occasions and competed at the Island Games. He has recently accompanied Phil Quirk and the Expedition Limitless Team on an Arctic Expedition to raise money for Isle Listen.
Martin is the founder of Simply Nutrition & Coaching through which he helps people and athletes all over the world with their nutrition for general health and sports performance. With 25 years of nutrition experience, Martin will help you understand the fundamentals of good nutrition and give you practical advice and tips on how to construct a healthy and sustainable diet to not only improve your health, but also to sustain a healthy weight and improve your athletic performance.
Martin and Phil will also demonstrate how mindset and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through good nutrition are very closely linked.
