XC race prep 6-week programme

Ideal for individuals taking on the Cycle 360 MTB Series or the Cycle 360 Corrin’s Folly endurance challenge this season! With various rounds for the MTB Series throughout the year (the last one being in December!) and the Corrin’s Folly taking place on 22nd August, it means there’s ample opportunity to get race ready with our 6-week programme.

The 6-week programme includes three sessions a week on the bike with an optional fourth session to try if you’re feeling up to it!

Your coach will also provide you with the sport science principles specific to the demands of XC racing plus one strength training session a week to compliment your work on the bike.

This programme will be periodised into a BASE, BUILD and PERFORM phase preparing you perfectly for racing.

All support is done virtually, but a 1:1 consultation is optional in person to start the programme.  Throughout the 6-week programme, you will have direct support from your coach through the coaching-based ‘Today’s Plan’ platform.
