XC race prep 6-week programme
Ideal for individuals taking on the Cycle 360 MTB Series this season! With various rounds for the MTB Series throughout the year (the last one being in December!), it means there’s ample opportunity to get race ready with our 6-week programme.
The 6-week programme includes three sessions a week on the bike with an optional fourth session to try if you’re feeling up to it!
Your expert cycling coach, Elliot Baxter will ALSO provide you with the sport science principles specific to the demands of XC racing plus one strength training session a week to compliment your work on the bike.
This programme will be periodised into a BASE, BUILD and PERFORM phase preparing you perfectly for racing.
All support is done virtually, but a 1:1 consultation with Elliot Baxter is an optional in-person meeting, to start the programme. Throughout the 6-week programme, you will have direct support from your coach through the coaching-based ‘Today’s Plan’ platform.
