Beat the blues with a free brew

Blue Monday is meant to be the worst day of the year for our mental health and wellbeing – but it doesn’t have to be!  To help beat the blues, we’re giving away 15 free brews on Monday 15th January.

‘Blue Monday’, often dubbed as ‘the most difficult day of the year’, Cycle 360 is reminding people that there’s always time to go for a coffee and a catch-up.

So, we’re giving away up to 15 hot drinks on Monday 15th January to customers who our team feel need brightening up!

Like the charity, Samaritans, we know there’s no such thing as Blue Monday as feeling low isn’t just reserved for a random day in January.  It doesn’t matter if it’s Monday morning or a Saturday night, it doesn’t matter if you catch up virtually, in person or over the phone.  If you’re talking and listening, then you’re doing it right.

And as one of our customers once told us “I can not only get great food and drinks, but [Cycle 360 is] a safe space I can just me and write/draw”.

Cycle 360 is a cafe for cyclists and a bikeshop for coffee drinkers, but importantly, it’s an inspiring space for everyone.

Come in and see us this “Blue Monday”, or whenever you’re feeling a bit blue.  You may be treated to a free brew on Monday but you’ll always be treated with respect, space and given a hug if you need it!

To get professional help, we recommend Isle Listen or the Samaritans. Don’t suffer in silence.
