Spring is on the horizon! So, there’s no better time to dust off your bikes and get them ready to face the great outdoors. Book a spring service with the Cycle 360 workshop team to make sure your bike is safe to go.

Whether you’re just wanting to pimp your bike out with new wheels and bar tape, repair or a full blown annual service, Cycle 360’s workshop is fully kitted out to get you riding again in no time. We service all makes and models and even offer Bosch and Specialized E-bike battery health checks. 

With extensive knowledge, experience and above all a passion for bikes as cyclists themselves, our award-winning mechanics are the Island’s most experienced. They bring precision and excellence with every bike build and service, with attention to detail being something they pride themselves on.

The Cycle 360 workshop team constantly keep up-to-date with the latest training and technologies so they can fix even the most detailed and advanced mechanical problems.

We offer basic, standard and deluxe services, plus all kinds of repairs at competitive rates. Our workshop also offers more advanced services including brake bleeding and Di2 troubleshooting.

Meet our workshop team:

Our workshop team is made up of four friendly, meticulous and very experienced cyclists who share a passion for bikes and the great outdoors. 

Richard

Richard is the Workshop Manager here at Cycle 360 with over 20 years experience as a bike mechanic covering all aspects of cycling. He’s a keen mountain biker, tourist and bikepacker who has even won an award for his mechanic skills and service.

Paul 

Paul, AKA Rocky, is known for his fastidious attention to detail. He’s a former motorcycle mechanic with 5 years of workshop experience. Rocky is a keen enduro rider and competitive mountain biker who knows his way around any type of bike.

Jim 

Jim is our Enduro and Downhill hooligan with no fear of steep descents. He competes at the highest level across the British Isles and Europe whilst building and maintaining his own bikes. Jim joined the Cycle 360 workshop in 2020.

Carl 

Carl is both a workshop mechanic and a cycle sales assistant here at Cycle 360. This Jack of all trades has been riding and racing mountain bikes for over 30 years. He now prefers endurance races and participates in local and national events. Having worked as a mechanic in several local bike shops, as well as the World Cup Downhill team, Carl will be happy to help either in the bikeshop or the workshop.

 

How to book a service

For urgent repairs, our workshop is open six days a week, Monday through to Saturday. However, our bikeshop team will endeavour to assist wherever they can on Sundays too.

To book your bike in for a service or repair, please call our workshop on 01624 649360 (ext. 2) or email workshop@cycle360.com. A member of the team will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Please provide as much detail as possible and include pictures if needed.

Women’s Bike Maintenance Evening

Cycle 360 is proud to announce it will be host to the Island’s first ever women’s only workshop evening on Monday 4th April from 6:00pm. This event is the perfect opportunity to learn how to maintain your bike to keep you safe whilst out riding. And, it’s completely free!

Learn how to fix any simple mechanical problem you may come across whilst out on a ride in a friendly, casual environment at Cycle 360. Bring your bike along to practice on if you like, or simply watch, listen, and take it all in. You can also grab yourself a fresh tea, coffee, or cake to fuel you through your learning experience whilst you’re here!
