Cycle 360’s New Year Cafe Menu

It’s that time of year where fresh, healthy, flavour-packed food is a must-have to give us a much needed nutrition and energy boost after our Christmas (over)indulgences.

Cycle 360’s new year menu features lots of tasty goodness, including a range of new vegan and vegetarian options.

Read on to discover out more about the delicious additions to the Cycle 360 menu for 2022.

The all new ‘Brunch Plate’

An option for the indecisive ones is the all-new ‘Brunch Plate’. It’s a tasting plate made up of a mini bircher pot, smashed avocado, poached egg and feta on sourdough, and a beetroot relish. Lots of flavours to choose from to please your taste buds.

Our famous Cycle 360 Buddha bowl has had a little revamp to make it even healthier… We didn’t even know that was possible! We now toast the Buddha bowl chickpeas and season them with paprika for more flavour and texture. A delicious lemon tahini dressing has been adds some extra zestiness too. Roasted beetroot has also been tossed in there for good measure. Beetroot is a so-called ‘superfood’, so it’s a welcome addition to our new, health-food-filled menu.

Lunch additions and all-new sandwiches and wraps

Arguably our most talked about new addition is ‘The Club’. Layers of chicken, back bacon, fried egg, lettuce, tomato AND mayonnaise on granary bread. It’s definitely a mouthful, but a delicious one of that. Oh, and did we mention, it comes with homemade skin on wedges, as well as crunchy slaw.

The Vietnamese rice noodle salad is a flavour-packed vegan option. A combination of fragrant dressed noodles on a bed of crispy leaves with baby gem and matchstick veggies. Featuring a sprinkle of peanuts for extra texture and nuttiness.

Our loaded BBQ bean burrito features a grilled peach salsa, creating a sweet combination of flavours. A soft tortilla is loaded with sweetcorn, rice, BBQ beans and peach salsa. It’s finished on the grill and comes with our crunchy house slaw. Ask for it without slaw to make it vegan.

The new lentil dahl curry is full of Indian flavours and finished with coconut milk, making it a vegan delight. Served with fluffy steamed rice and a toasted tortilla, this one will leave you feeling full for hours. As always, you’re welcome to add chicken or any of our other extras for some added protein.

The grilled chicken and avocado flatbread is full of tomatoes, avocado, chicken breast and jack cheese. Covered in a chilli ranch dressing on an onion flatbread. It’s fresh but definitely filling.

A final new addition to our main menu is the vegan roasted tinga cauliflower wrap. With smoky roast cauliflower florets in a wrap packed with crispy leaves, crunch slaw and red pepper hummus. YUM.

As always, we have soup which comes with fresh bread and butter on the side. This time it’s a hearty homemade soup, but just ask at the till for the special of the day.

Did somebody say wedges?!

A much requested addition to our sides menu is wedges. They’re thick, homemade and still have the skin still on them… A yummy little treat for those days when you feel like being a tiny bit less healthy!
