We are looking for a driven bike sales and eCommerce Associate to join our successful bikeshop sales team!

About the Role

With the bikeshop as your main focus whilst working within the bike shop sales team, you will also be responsible for generating leads and sales via our online channels: shop.cycle360.com and our outlet store. You will monitor performance and develop strategies that concern the brand’s online shop and adjacent platforms. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing expert Cycle 360 product and brand knowledge to our customers in the shop and online.
  • Driving sales by effectively uncovering the customers needs and pain points.
  • Adapting and embracing communications from management.
  • Proactively seeking ways to improve the customer experience within the bikeshop and online.
  • Implementing and regularly changing/ updating bikeshop displays on the shop floor.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory and housekeeping standards.
  • Contributing to the success of the online shop and outlet store.
  • Managing the online shop inventory, ensuring all information and products are up to date and the homepage is updated regularly to capture new leads.
  • Managing online shop activity in relation to traffic, sales and conversion.
  • Helping develop & implement an ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance.
  • Working with our external developer partner to improve the customer experience on our online shop.
  • Researching the market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.
  • Analysing various data in order to deliver data-driven strategies, so the bikeshop can be market-leading and achieve KPIs.
  • Working with the marketing dept to develop a social media strategy that incorporates video marketing tactics and product marketing initiatives. 
  • Reporting monthly on eCommerce performance.
  • Developing relationships with bike brands to ensure appropriate marketing opportunities are delivered, aligning with the company and marketing objectives.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of a direct marketing strategy (email).
  • Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry both locally and overseas, as well as brand positioning.

Essential Candidate Requirements:

  • Basic sales experience
  • Basic bike industry knowledge
  • Basic MarTech background either through studying or work experience
  • A keen and fast learner, willing to explore new concepts, technologies and platforms
  • Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools

Bank holidays: 10am – 4pm.
