Cycle 360’s workshop is fully equipped get your bike in perfect condition to survive the winter with an expert team ready to service all makes and models. We even offer Bosch and Specialized E-bike battery health checks.

With extensive knowledge, experience and above all a passion for bikes as cyclists themselves, our award-winning mechanics are the Island’s most experienced. They bring precision and excellence with every bike build and service, with attention to detail being something they pride themselves on.

The Cycle 360 workshop team constantly keep up-to-date with the latest training and technologies so they can fix even the most detailed and advanced mechanical problems.

We offer basic, standard and deluxe services, plus all kinds of repairs at competitive rates. Our workshop also offers more advanced services including brake bleeding and Di2 troubleshooting.

Support local

The Cycle 360 workshop also has a huge range of ready-to-buy bike components like brake pads and tyres. We have a handy guide for all the components you can purchase and when you should look at replacing them here. Our workshop team will be happy to make these replacements for you as part of your service, or some components you can DIY if you have the right tools.

Meet your workshop experts:

Our workshop team is made up of four friendly, meticulous and very experienced cyclists who share a passion for bikes and the great outdoors. 

 

Richard

 

Richard is the Workshop Manager here at Cycle 360 with over 20 years experience as a bike mechanic covering all aspects of cycling. He’s a keen mountain biker, tourist and bikepacker who has even won an award for his mechanic skills and service.

 

Carl 

 

Carl has been riding and racing mountain bikes for over 30 years. He now prefers endurance races and participates in local and national events. Having worked as a mechanic in several local bike shops, as well as the World Cup Downhill team. 

 

Jim 

 

Jim is our Enduro and Downhill hooligan with no fear of steep descents. He competes at the highest level across the British Isles and Europe whilst building and maintaining his own bikes. Jim joined the Cycle 360 workshop in 2020.

 

Brad

 

Brad is the Cycle 360 workshop’s newest recruit, having relocated to the Isle of Man in 2022. He’s a keen adventure cyclist and recently competed in All Points North where he navigated 1134km with 13,882 meters of elevation in just over 61hours, coming 2nd!

 

How to book a service

For urgent repairs, our workshop is open six days a week, Monday through to Saturday. However, our bikeshop team will endeavour to assist wherever they can on Sundays too.

To book your bike in for a service or repair, please call our workshop on 01624 649360 (ext. 2) or email us. A member of the team will get back to you within 24-48 hours.  Please provide as much detail as possible and include pictures if you can.

Bikeshop opening hours

Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
Saturday: 9am – 4pm
Sunday: Closed (back open for all of December and then Spring/Summer 2025!)
Bank holidays: 10am – 4pm.

Cafe 360 opening hours

Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
Saturday: 9am – 4pm
Sunday: 10am – 4pm
Bank holidays: 10am – 4pm.
