Mental Health Awareness Week 2022

Mental Health Awareness Week runs from 9th – 15th May. There are some incredible Island-wide initiatives aiming to tackle Mental Health stigma and to get people talking. Here’s what Cycle 360 are up to to help do our bit this year:

Sharing plates pop-up night

On Saturday 14th May from 5-8pm, Cycle 360 is hosting a pop-up night in honour of Mental Health Awareness Week.

As this year’s theme aims to tackle ‘loneliness’, we are encouraging you to get together with friends and family at Cycle 360 to have a catch up over some deliciously shareable plates of food, plus some house cocktails.

We have limited spaces on this pop-up event, so be quick! To book a table, please email popups@cycle360.com specifying a time and the number of guests in your booking.

Cycle 360 is lighting up green

Along with other businesses in the IOM Business Park, Cycle 360 will be lighting up green in support of Isle Listen. Green is the internationally recognised colour symbolising campaigns to promote mental health awarenesss.

Isle Listen is Cycle 360’s charity partner and we have plenty of Isle Listen collection tins and a contactless donation point in our cafe. We encourage all customers to make a donation this week – no matter how big or small.

Fitness 360

At Fitness 360, we are encouraging everyone to get moving this Mental Health Awareness Week. Whether that’s by going for a walk on your lunch break, attending the gym or cycling into work, as long as you get moving that’s fine with us!

We have an array of private corporate studio classes on this week too. These are great way for businesses with wellbeing policies in place to help increase morale and employee wellbeing and fitness. From Wattbike classes to yoga sessions, our studio hosts a wide range of corporate classes to suit you.

You can also attend the Fitness 360 gym if you’re looking to get your endorphins hit via this method.

Email fitness@cycle360.com to book classes and to enquire about membership rates.
